Winning Cupcakes!

So honored to win the vegan dessert category of the Denton Unitarian Universalist Fellowship's annual chili cookoff! These mini coconut lime cupcakes were made with a recipe from Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero's book Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. This is one little trophy I'm so proud to have earned! Also, props to my beloved fellowship for having vegan categories in chili and dessert! Chili Bull makes me proud.
