Vegan and GF Pizzas at the bowllery

Today I finally got to try one of the new pizzas at the bowllery.  It was so good!  They have four kinds, and it was really hard for me to decide which one to get.  This is the tartufo with portobello mushroom, kale, parsley, red onion, caramelized red bell pepper, balsamic reduction, and black truffle oil.  As you can see, it's full of fresh veggies and the crust is spongy and light.  I'm looking forward to trying the other three!
